Who we are

Sweet Profit is operated by DJT Digital Ventures LLC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Sweet Profit website and application, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address and the password credentials handled by our authentication provider.
• Business information you enter — ingredients, recipes, pricing, inventory, customers, orders, quotes, invoices and payments you record in the app.
• Billing information — subscription status and plan details. Card details are entered on and stored by our payment processor, Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
• Technical information — basic log and error data used to keep the service running and secure.
• Support messages — the details you send us through the support form or by email.

How we use your information

We use it to provide and maintain the service, calculate the costing, pricing and profit figures you ask for, send transactional email such as quotes and invoices you choose to send, manage your subscription, answer your support requests, and protect the service against abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your business data to advertise to you or to other users.

Your business data is private to you

Each account's data is isolated at the database level so other customers cannot read or change it. Our team accesses account data only when needed to operate the service or to resolve a support request you raise.

AI features

Where you use the AI assistant or AI insights, the relevant data from your own business is sent to our AI provider to generate a response. The output is advisory only; it never changes your prices, orders, inventory, invoices or payments on its own.

Service providers

We rely on providers for hosting and databases, transactional email delivery, payment processing (Stripe) and AI model access. They process data on our instructions to deliver the service.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and its business data from Settings in the app, or by writing to us. Some records may be retained where we are required to keep them, for example billing records.

Your choices

You can access and correct your information inside the app, export or print your documents, and request deletion at any time. To make a privacy request, email adminDJT@sweetprofitai.com.

Children

Sweet Profit is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will change the date at the top of this page when we do.
