Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and DJT Digital Ventures LLC, which operates Sweet Profit. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from Billing in the app; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
• If a payment fails, we may keep access open for a short grace period and then limit paid features until payment succeeds.
• Prices may change; we will give notice before a change affects your renewal.
• Refunds: if you request a refund within 7 days of a purchase or renewal, we will refund that payment in full to your original payment method. After 7 days, refunds are considered case by case — contact us and we will make it right where we can.

Your content

You keep ownership of the recipes, pricing, customer records and documents you put into Sweet Profit. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process and display that content so we can provide the service to you.

Acceptable use

Don't use the service to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, send unwanted bulk email, attempt to access other customers' data, or interfere with the security or performance of the platform.

Estimates and professional advice

Costing, pricing, profit, tax and AI outputs in Sweet Profit are estimates based on the numbers you enter. They are not accounting, tax, legal, food-safety or allergen advice, and we make no guarantee about allergen safety or regulatory compliance. You are responsible for confirming your own pricing, taxes, labeling, food-safety practices and local cottage-food requirements.

Availability

We work to keep the service running reliably, but it is provided "as is" without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that briefly interrupts access.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms or that we must close for legal reasons.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
